Shipping Policy

Electromat (Pty) Ltd (“we” and “us”) is the operator of (http://www.Electromat.co.za) (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

Shipping Policy

Electromat typically ships out orders within 1 to 3 working days after the order has been placed. (this excludes weekends & public holidays). We try our best to DISPATCH all orders within 24 hours after they are paid and it times can be same day.

We ship countrywide, to your door at a flat rate of R99. We use a Courier Service and do not use the post office.

Please note – large items (over 2kg) might take an extra 1-2 days shipping time. This also applies volumetrically, if the length x breadth x height of a package / 4000 comes to more than 2kg.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email (with a tracking number) as soon as your order has been processed and shipped.

Electromat charges shipping and handling fees for every shipment, unless a special promotion or contract term provides otherwise; such cost includes the freight charged by the carrier, packaging, and handling.

Delivery times are estimates only and we shall not be liable for any delays caused by the courier company.

PLEASE NOTE – We can not ship to certain townships, farms, plots or extreme outlying areas.

Payment is due before shipment, unless credit terms have been arranged in advance. No item will be shipped out until Proof of Payment has been emailed to orders@electromat.co.za

We allow a maximum of 3 days to complete order payment. Failure to do so will result in the order being cancelled.
